Service Description

Experience Hire, Set Up and Load Out Please provide photos and measurements of your home or garden space Please leave space for parking a van and car for set up and load out Please have enough space in your fridge for the food delivered to keep until your event or party starts, consumed the same day as delivery Please have your home or garden space clear for set up and ensure there is an outside access Electricity connection needed if you would like outside lighting will need to connect to inside your property or if you have safe outside weatherproof electricity points (we will bring an extension lead if needed) We will arrive early in the morning, your home or garden event should not start sooner than 1pm (please contact us if you need an earlier start) 1 day hire included Please note we are not providing any outside heating, this is up to you to provide We would be most grateful if all crockery, cutlery and glassware are washed down (do not have to be sparkly we will give them a thorough clean after), and packed in to the bags left, kept from getting wet and left overnight under the gazebo We would be most grateful if the cushions and throws can be put in to the black sacks, kept from getting wet, and left under the gazebo Ensure garden is locked and safe Collection will be the following morning, we will need outside access to your garden to pack down and load out. We will leave any rubbish for your disposal packed away neatly and in black sacks Thank you
