Service Description

COVID-19 (Health & Safety)   We want to assure all of our clients that there will be health and safety measures implemented in the hire of goods and services to reduce the risk of COVID-19. Rule of Six Garden Event staff coming to your property will be wearing the required PPE when necessary to do so. We kindly ask that you also comply with wearing the correct PPE when required and not to host your event if you have COVID-19. We will explicitly follow the Government guidelines that are under constant review. Thank you for understanding that your health and safety and that of our clients, guests, collaborators and staff are our main priority during this time.   If decreased capacity is implemented, to ensure all social distancing measures are followed, we politely ask you to have the outside access of your garden open for us to load in and set up, and dismantle and load out. Please ensure anyone living at the household are aware to keep their distance from the garden area during these times. Please ask your guests to arrive according to the time your event starts and not earlier, to avoid congestion in waiting outside the house until we are finished setting up and have left the property. For seating, if needing to comply with social distancing measures, we propose 1 meter distance between each guest at the table. For the gazebo we will have open sides. If requested to have the sides put on, they are mesh side panels allowing for the air to circulate. The gazebo will be held securely with sand bags on each leg. Health and Safety Should your guests have any special dietary requirements please inform us on your booking form. Although all our food suppliers try to accommodate all types of dietary requirements, we cannot absolutely guarantee that all products will be allergen free
