Service Description

How to Book Please complete the booking request form linked to each garden event experience and delivery and submit to us with as much detail as possible, so we can confirm back to you availability. Alternatively please visit the contact section to get in touch that way. Or you can request a zoom meeting to discuss in person. Confirming Your Booking To confirm your booking we will ask for a deposit and proof that you are 18 years and over Pre Tailored Event Experience and Hire payment must be made in full 8 days prior to the event date. If payment is not received, the event will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded Deposit The deposit to confirm the Event Experience and Hire will be on top of the Event Experience and Hire total cost, and held until after the event, to cover any damage, loss of goods or cancellation charges. We hope to be giving you the full deposit back as soon as possible. The total cost of the Pre Tailored Event Experience and Hire is to be paid no later than 8 days prior to the event date. Otherwise the event will be cancelled and the deposit will be non refundable The deposit for the Food and Beverage experience or delivery only, will be deducted from the total Food and Beverage cost, and the outstanding amount to be settled 8 days prior to the experience or delivery date. Failure to pay the outstanding 8 days prior to the experience or delivery date will result in a cancellation and a non refundable deposit Cancellation Pre Tailored Event Experience Hire and Food and Beverage Delivery Experience Cancellation 8 days to 0 days before event date 0% cancellation (deposit will be given back for Pre Tailored Event Experience and Hire, but full event costs, food and beverage will be charged) Extreme Bad Weather To be discussed individually. Any costs will need to be covered, but we will see if we can move the booking dates Bespoke Packages may have differing booking conditions, terms and conditions and cancellation terms. This will be communicated with you prior to confirming the booking
